CCUSA is a designated BridgeUSA / J-1 visa sponsor by the U.S. Department of State. As a visa sponsor, we properly vet and monitor international staff during their summer camp experience.

Thorough Screening and Safety
CCUSA provides comprehensive travel insurance for all participants for the duration of their camp contract period. CCUSA participants are also required to obtain a criminal background check in their home country as a condition for participation on our program. CCUSA participants will also arrive at camp with a detailed Health History Form completed and signed by their physician.
Orientation and In-Country Support
CCUSA conducts pre-departure orientations for participants in their home countries to help them prepare for their cultural exchange experience in the U.S. During the camp season, CCUSA also provides a 24-hour on call service to help answer and respond to any urgent needs.

Camp Directors Fairs
You can travel abroad with CCUSA to meet international staff face-to-face and hire the best staff for your camp.(*Minimum hiring requirements apply). CCUSA also organizes Virtual Fairs to help camps hire staff from around the world, directly from your camp office.

Each camp will have their own Camp Web Access account, which provides 24/7 access to all your CCUSA information.
