CCUSA is a designated BridgeUSA / J-1 visa sponsor by the U.S. Department of State. We issue the required DS-2019 document needed for our international participants to obtain their J-1 visa. Through the Intern and Trainee J-1 programs, international participants are allowed to train or intern in the USA for 12 or 18 months. The intern and trainee J-1 visa is not a long-term work visa. It allows a host company to train a participant in a field related to their degree or current field of employment

As a CCUSA Host Company, you and your employees will benefit from hosting a trainee or intern by providing cultural diversity and global understanding to your work environment. This opportunity attracts highly skilled, motivated intern and trainee candidates who are focused and committed to their training experience. We work with host companies across the United States, who have pre-approved internship or training programs in the following categories:

  • Management, Business, Commerce or Finance
  • Hospitality and Tourism
  • Information Media Communications
  • The Sciences, Engineering, Architecture, Mathematics and Industrial Occupations.

We sponsor internship and training plans in many different industries, such as Camp Management, Hotel Management, Culinary, Food & Beverage, Front Desk/Hotel Administration, Architecture, Engineering, IT, Marketing, and much more. The maximum length for the internship program is 12 months and the maximum length for the training program is typically 18 months, although we can approve shorter programs. They can start the program at any time that is convenient.

What CCUSA Offers You

CCUSA is dedicated to excellence in all areas of operation.

Worldwide Recruitment

We interview and accept only the highest quality applicants. We carefully interview and select our participants, choosing only those who are mature, motivated, and possess a multitude of skills.

Simple Hiring Process

You have the choice of finding your own international staff or let us find them for you. You make the final hiring decision on every application. Specific details of hiring through our program are below.

Thorough Screening and Safety

CCUSA provides comprehensive travel insurance for all participants for the duration of their contract period. CCUSA participants are also required to obtain a criminal background check in their home country as a condition for participation on our program. CCUSA participants will also arrive with a detailed Health History Form completed and signed by their physician.

Orientation and In-Country Support

CCUSA conducts pre-departure orientations for participants in their home countries to help them prepare for their cultural exchange experience in the U.S. Among the many topics covered in this mandatory pre-departure orientation are: US labor laws, J-1 visa regulations, instructions on how to apply for a social security card and tips on filing tax returns with the IRS. Upon arrival to the U.S., CCUSA also conducts mandatory arrival orientations with the participants and their supervisor at their host company. During the program, CCUSA does regular check-ins and also provides a 24-hour on call service to help answer and respond to any urgent needs.
